2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking: All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to our availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and electronic bank transfer.
2.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation: You may cancel a booking by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.2 Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booking by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
4. Access and Safety
4.1 Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. If access is not provided at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.
4.2 Safety: Our cleaners are instructed to follow safety protocols. Please inform us of any potential hazards on the premises.
5. Liability
5.1 Damage and Loss: While we take care to avoid damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty items. In case of accidental damage caused by our staff, you must notify us within 48 hours.
5.2 Insurance: We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
5.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
6. Customer Satisfaction
6.1 Complaints: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and to your satisfaction.
