Chemical Coating

To enhance durability, resist wear and abrasion, and protect against chemical and moisture damage. They also improve the floor's appearance and can provide additional properties such as slip resistance and ease of maintenance.

Acrylic

Polyurethanes

Acrylic

Excellent UV resistance and color retention, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. They are easy to apply, quick-drying, and best used on wood, metal, and masonry surfaces.

Epoxies

Polyurethanes

Acrylic

Exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, making them ideal for industrial and high-traffic areas. They offer strong adhesion to concrete and metal, and excellent chemical and moisture resistance

Polyurethanes

Polyurethanes

Polyaspartic polyurea

Superior chemical and moisture resistance with durable, abrasion-resistant properties. They are ideal for surfaces requiring flexibility and aesthetic appeal, best used on wood, metal, and concrete surfaces.

Polyaspartic polyurea

Polyaspartic polyurea

Polyaspartic polyurea

Fast curing and excellent UV resistance, providing a clear, glossy finish. They offer durable protection against chemicals and moisture,  best used on concrete, metal, and wood surfaces.

Anti-Microbal

Polyaspartic polyurea

Anti-Microbal

Made from antimicrobial agents like silver ions, copper compounds, and quaternary ammonium compounds. These agents are embedded in a polymer matrix or applied as a surface treatment.

Cleaning Considerations

Ensure to know what the key chemical component of the chemical coat.

Chemical Considerations

  1. Strong acids should be avoided as they lead to etching.
  2. Strong alkalines should be avoided as they cause the polymer to become brittle.
  3. Solvents should be avoided as they may dissolve or soften the coating.
  4. Abrasives should be avoided as they scratch the surface and dull the shine.
  5. Oil-based products should be avoided as they leave a residue that attracts dirt.
